A career-changer with a dog at the centre of it
This studio exists because of a simple truth: I'm a dog owner and a passionate animal lover, and a change in my career was something that had to happen. I completed a course in dog grooming and behaviour/training — learning not just how to cut and style fur, but how to read a dog, manage their anxiety, and pace a session to what they actually need.
The grooming happens in a family home in Box Hill North — the same home where dogs come to stay when their owners travel. It's not a salon. It's quieter, calmer, and unhurried in a way a busy shopfront can't be. One dog at a time, always.
At first a session may take longer than you're used to — especially with a nervous or first-time visitor. But in our experience, when a dog starts trusting you, future sessions are shorter, calmer, and better for everyone. That patience is the whole point.
